Looks very much like a dry run ... testing our ships' response ... how close they could get, etc.

I really think they are "cruizing for a bruising" as my dad would say. We really do not need another war right not but every once in awhile the lion has to get up and show the jackals and hyenas who is the king of the jungle.
I think this whole mess can be prevented but we aren't working with them and they are being idiots. I am not sure if those are cause and effect or just a correlation.
