By the can or case ... December 2016 production, 25-year shelf life. These cod fillets are amazing: tender, flaky, light and very tasty, and as fresh as the day they were flash frozen and freeze dried!
They average about 5 inches long and 1-1/2 inches thick--the perfect serving size for a big eater. All cans were sealed in an oxygen/moisture free environment. Each can weighs 8 oz and contains 15 fillets.
It's been 8 months since we last saw these and it will be a long while before we get them again when they are gone!
