I bought a can to experiment, and ended up buying a couple more! It's thinly sliced, and packed around parchment paper, and is very good. I have used it straight up and cooked with it. This canned bacon has worked well with every recipe. I'm now keeping a can in my camping gear just in case my bad hunting skills leave me in need of a morale boost.
